50 Mile Shorts 2.0

I purchased these shorts in gray. I love all the pockets to place my gels in when I ran my 20 miler. It was perfect. The shorts felt comfortable and fabric is good quality. I will be running my marathon in these short in 2 weeks!

I got these in the almost teal color, and I am obsessed with the color. The fabric is different than what I’m used to, but it does match the description as a more cottony feel, but I’ve found it performs great on the run. They don’t ride up, my phone stays in place in the back and the small waist pockets fit most normal sized gels. Using the drawstring in the waist took a minute to make sure was the right tightness, but I don’t think I would want to size down to avoid using the drawstring.
Now, my biggest complaint, which is mostly because I’m a heavy sweater and it’s a lighter color, but the almost teal definitely shows sweat. If that doesn’t bother you, then I see no reason not to purchase these shorts.

I ordered the red color in both small and medium, as my measurements were right on the border. I fit into the small, but it was pretty tight. I ended up keeping the medium and that has worked out well. I really like the shorts. I've gone on a few long runs in them. The fabric is a little thicker than some cheaper pairs I have. It didn't give me that "oooh sooo soft" feeling right when I put them on, but I really appreciated the sturdier fabric later in my run. I ordered these for all the pockets, which are great, but if I order another pair, it will be for the overall quality.

Was excited to get these shorts but wended up disappointed. Material is uncomfortable and feels cheap. Stitching is rough and itchy.

I love these shorts. I have a pair of the 50 Mile shorts (which were great), but the 2.0 are so much better! I love the deeper side pockets, the drawstring, and the material. The material is what put these over the top for me. The original version is more of a cotton blend, so they tended to get fuzzy or linty after washing. These are silkier material, nylon/spandex, so the lint and dog hair does not stick. They do not slide down or roll down on me, they do not budge. Don't wait on these, I love them.
