50 Mile Shorts 2.0

I purchased two pairs several years ago and was a fan, but I purchased two new pair and they are even better!! They are soft. They stay in place. Very happy!

I bought these after having the Routine high waisted shorts for a few months and loving them. I’m training for a marathon and wanted additional storage/pocket options. Overall these are great quality shorts, I love all the pockets and they are quite comfortable. That being said I do wish they were high waisted and didn’t have the front seam like the routine ones, those are much more flattering on me. These give me a bit of camel toe lol. Not a huge deal but the routine ones do not at all. Also the 50 mile 2.0 are made with a different fabric than the routines. These are a bit stretchier and less swimsuit-y.

For sizing, I am 5’5” 125ish lbs 27” waist and the Small fits me just right.

Didn’t really feel like sweat wicking or quickly drying material suitable for running — the pockets are nice but I returned because the fabric was kind of itchy and made these uncomfortable when I tried this on.

I absolutely love these shorts, just ordered my second pair. I wear them all the time for short and long (20+ mile) runs, both on the road and the trail, and in all sorts of weather. They are supportive, the legs do not ride up, the pockets hold lots (phone, gels, keys, water bottle, etc.). I have had no issues with chafing while wearing these. I also have very sensitive skin and some athletic materials can irritate it; the material of these shorts does not irritate my skin, even in very hot/humid conditions. They are thick but still breathable, and the price point is perfect - it is tough to find shorts this solid for a reasonable price. I have recommended them to friends and would recommend them to anyone.

I am 5’5” 130ish pounds with thicker thighs and I wear a size small. The bottoms of the legs feel a bit tight at first but feel fine when I run. I think if i would have sized up, the waistband would have been too big.

I have had 4 pair for several years before adding to the count recently and also getting pairs for my daughter. These are great shorts, very comfortable, don't ride up, lots of pockets. The only thing that is crazy about them is the little tag in the back of the waistband at the seam that hangs down right in the b*tt cr*ck and drives me crazy--I forgot to cut it out and went for a run and promptly cut it out upon return. Why don't y'all go tagless? Or sew that tag off-center so that it presses firmly against a b*tt cheek or hip without making the wearer insane!? Obviously, if that is my only complaint, and it's fixable by cutting the tag out, it is overall a very minor problem, but nonetheless, I cannot believe I am the only person with this issue--I cut the tag out of my old shorts and years later, I am still cutting the tag out!
