Size Guide

This short features a wide elastic waistband that keeps you feeling secure throughout you run. It also includes a built-in underwear liner with a silky mesh fabric, an internal circular drawstring, a 3.5 inch inseam and of course pockets. There is one zipper pocket on the back of the waistband large enough to hold a phone and two side zipper pockets, ideal for keys/cards/small essentials.

Movement limiting cut 😞

I like the high waist, the slight tummy compression from the waistband, and the pockets. The built-in brief is cut wide enough to actually cover your butt entirely so you don't end up with a wedgie. However, ultimately I cannot wear these to run in. The cut of the outside shorts is weird, I think too straight/slim cut instead of somewhat flared like most running shorts. I can't move my legs freely without adjusting. Had really high hopes for these. I do love the biker shorts 2.0 I got. Now those are amazing. But I don't always want biker shorts especially for summer heat running, I need all the airflow I can get.
